Terms & Conditions

By registering with MyAmericanShipper.com, you agree to be bound to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES


International Checkout will get your items to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

DHL SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 2-6 business days.

USPS and XPO arrives to your address in approximately 5 - 14 business days.

Transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

STORAGE


My American Shipper will store your merchandise for up to 45 calendar days from the time it is checked into our system free of charge. Upon the 46th day, My American Shipper will consolidate and prepare to ship all merchandise that is being stored on your account. You will receive an invoice and payment request via email. You will have 10 calendar days after the email is sent to submit payment. If payment is not received within 10 calendar days, you agree to relinquish your right to the merchandise and My American Shipper will dispose of it in whatever manner we deem fit. You agree that you have no recourse should the storage period go beyond a total of 56 calendar days.

FRAUD


My American Shipper reserves the right at any time to cancel or close your account should fraudulent activity be suspected. Any merchandise at our facility will be seized and returned to the merchant it was purchased from.

INSURANCE


My American Shipper is not liable for any loss or damage to product until those items have been checked into our system. We are not liable for any parcels that show a delivery scan to our facility until those items have been checked into your account.
In the event your items arrive to our facility damaged, we will notify you and request that you contact the store from which your products were ordered to negotiate the filing of a claim or replacement. You agree to pay the shipping fees if domestic shipping is required to return your damaged product to the store. All stored merchandise and outbound international shipments from My American Shipper are fully insured against loss and/or damage while in storage and in transit to you free of charge.

FAIR MARKET VALUE


My American Shipper requires every item received and shipped to have a fair market value. We do not lower invoice values for customs purposes. Should your items arrive to our facility without a receipt, we reserve the right to find a fair market value for your item by any means necessary. My American Shipper will not be responsible for any item over / under declared and will not be held liable for any increase in duties and taxes you may be required to pay on your shipment.

GIFT WRAP


My American Shipper will remove and dispose of any gift wrap on items that arrive at our facility. We must be able to visually inspect your items and in so doing must remove all gift wrap. We will not re-wrap your items. We strongly encourage that you decline from sending any items gift wrapped to My American Shipper. We will not be responsible for any fees you may have paid to have your items gift wrapped.

NON-PAYMENT


If My American Shipper is unable to charge your card because it is declined, entered incorrectly or any other reason, you will be notified of the decline and will have 10 calendar days to respond and update your payment information. If, after 10 calendar days, we have not been able to successfully collect payment, the items will automatically be relinquished to My American Shipper.

RESTRICTED PRODUCTS AND MERCHANTS


Sometimes an item is restricted from international shipment. If this is the case you will be notified and your shipment will be cancelled. You are responsible for all expenses related to any and all items which are restricted from delivery to your country due to your country's customs or laws. My American Shipper will return any restricted items to the store or seller which they were ordered from for a fee of $20 USD plus cost of return shipping. My American Shipper reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of any product, based solely on its own discretion and in accordance to any and all US and international laws. This right shall exist at all times. If you choose to abandon your merchandise, you agree to relinquish your right to the merchandise and My American Shipper will dispose of it in whatever manner we deem fit.

Please note that some of the common restricted items include but are not limited to:

  • Hazardous Shipments
  • Perishables
  • Weapons
  • Some tobacco products


USA SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS


My American Shipper does not offer its services for US shipping unless a business to business transaction is required. Please contact us if you require domestic shipping prior to creating your account. Please note that accounts created using an international address may not be updated to a US address.

LOCAL PICKUP FROM OUR FACILITY


My American Shipper does not allow for local pick up from account holders or their representatives under any circumstances. Merchandise stored at the My American Shipper facility may only be shipped to your shipping address.

CARRIER SELECTION


My American Shipper reserves the right to change your selected carrier at checkout due to such factors as destination, merchandise type and/or quantity and shipment size. You will be notified if we find it necessary to change the carrier for your shipment. Additional fees may be required.

POST OFFICE PRICING


Please note that the post office charges by weight per box and not based on the total shipment weight. Depending on the size and / or amount of items in your shipment, multiple boxes may be required and will result in additional fees. You will be notified prior to shipment should this occur.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE / FEES


My American Shipper will not be responsible for customs seizures, denied entry, refusal to pay import duties and taxes costs, or disposal of any merchandise within the United States or your country.

CANCELLATIONS


If you wish to cancel your shipment before it arrives at our warehouse, please contact the store where you placed your order.
If you wish to cancel your shipment after it arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it back to the sender on your behalf. Your credit card will be charged for the return shipping, plus a $20 USD service fee.
